Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with Adelaide Airport Transfers, whether made online, by phone, or by email. By booking a transfer, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us, either by email or verbally over the phone. Please check the details on your confirmation, pickup date, time, address, and passenger count, and let us know straight away if anything needs correcting.
For group, school, corporate, and event bookings, a member of our team may contact you to confirm additional details before the booking is finalised.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is confirmed at the time of quote and is based on the details provided, distance, vehicle size, timing, and any special requirements. The price quoted is the price payable, unless the details of the trip change after booking (for example, a different pickup address or a significant increase in passenger numbers), in which case we'll confirm any adjustment with you before the trip.
[Add accepted payment methods and payment timing here, for example: payment on the day, invoice terms for corporate accounts, or deposit requirements for large group bookings.]
Cancellations & changes
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us directly. [Add specific cancellation window and any applicable fees here, for example: cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup incur no charge, cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.]
Changes to pickup time, address, or passenger numbers should be made as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes made close to the pickup time, but availability isn't guaranteed on short notice.
Flight delays & liability
Where a flight number is provided in advance, we monitor flight status and adjust pickup times for reasonable delays at no extra charge. For significant delays or schedule changes, please contact us as soon as you're aware of the change.
Adelaide Airport Transfers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic incidents, road closures, extreme weather, or airport operational delays. [Add further liability and insurance details here.]
Vehicle use & passenger conduct
- Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and drivers with respect.
- Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger may be charged to the person who made the booking.
- The driver may decline to transport a passenger who is behaving in a way that puts the safety of others at risk.
- [Add any specific policies here, for example: policies on food and drink in vehicles, smoking, or transport of animals.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from a booking will be handled in accordance with South Australian consumer law.
