How far ahead should I book?
For a single pickup, a day or two ahead is usually fine. For groups of ten or more, school contracts, or event transport, book at least two weeks out so we can plan the route and confirm vehicles.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell us the new time as soon as you know it and we'll adjust the pickup. We track flight status for most domestic and international arrivals, so small delays are usually already accounted for.
Can you handle wheelchairs, surfboards, or other special luggage?
Yes. Mention it when you book so we can send a vehicle with the right space or equipment, rather than finding out at pickup.
